Returning YSU students face road work, events
Youngstown State University kicks off the 2019-2020 academic year with a week of on campus events and some construction.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown State University kicks off the 2019-2020 academic year with a week of on-campus events and some construction.
People driving and walking along Fifth Avenue will encounter orange barrels and cones as they travel to their parking spots. University officials suggest that students allow a little extra time and pay attention in the area.
PARKING DECKS
