A Boardman teen indicted for allegedly threatening to shoot federal law enforcement officers is scheduled to be arraigned on that charge in U.S. District Court on Friday.

Eighteen-year-old Justin Olsen, indicted on one count of threatening to assault federal law enforcement officers, could face amaximum penalty of 10 years in prison if convicted.

Olsen, on June 2, threatened to shoot every federal law agent on sight, according to the indictment. 

Agents also said they found an array of "stockpiled" weapons at his father's home, including 10,000 rounds of ammunition and a machete in the trunk of his car. 

Olsen remains in custody at the Mahoning County Jail where he has been held since his arrest on August 7.
