Sausage, Chicken & Potato Skewers

1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes
1 cup Italian dressing
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into 1-inch slices


In a large pot, parboil potatoes for about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, mustard, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least
30 minutes.

Preheat grill to 350°.

Place marinated chicken, potatoes, onion and sausage alternately on skewers. Grill about 15 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Serve.
