GROVE CITY, Pa. - Grove City police say they arrested a teen riding a bike for DUI.

Police stopped 19-year-old Justin Tyler Milliren on Tuesday just after 8 p.m. for riding the bike on the road without a headlight, according to a release from the department.

Police say Milliren was allegedly under the influence and in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. 

The release from police lists the following reasons for the arrest: driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase, consumption, possession and/or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, lamps and other equipment on pedal cycles and stop signs and yield signs.

Police say charges are pending court action.
