MERCER, Pa. - A woman from Austintown is accused of providing the drugs that caused the overdose death of a Mercer County woman.
State Police say 33-year-old Nicoletta Robinson sold drugs to 32-year-old Mercer woman who died from an overdose in Coolspring Township this past June.
Initially, investigators didn't suspect foul play. However, Robinson was charged after further investigation.
Robinson was arraigned Thursday on charges of drug delivery resulting in death, assault, recklessly endangering another person, manufacture, delivery or possession of drugs with intent to deliver, and criminal use of a communication facility.
Robinson is free on $10,000 bond. Her next court hearing is scheduled for October 10.
