KENT, Ohio - Kent police arrested the man accused of "prowling" around outside of KSU sorority houses only wearing a pair of underwear.
Police said they and the U.S. Marshal's office were able to learn who the alleged culprit was Friday night.
That's when officers arrested Steven Franzreb, 43, of North Royalton, in Broadview Heights near Cleveland without incident.
He was charged with menacing by stalking.
Franzreb went viral through the Kent State community for allegedly showing up outside sorority houses nearly in the nude, with writing across his body.
According to NBC affiliate WKYC in Cleveland, Franzreb pleaded not guilty in court Monday and is being held on a $50,000 bond.
