A man from Chicago who police said had nude photos of a 14-year-old Canfield teen appeared in court Friday morning.

Rayan Hussain, 19, was arraigned on charges of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, pandering obscenity and illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.

Hussian was arrested in Canfield on Christmas Eve after he reportedly showed up to the girl's home.

He told police that he meets people online and counsels them and drove from Chicago to check on the Canfield girl due to, what he says, was a loss of a friend.

The two met through the messaging app, KIK, according to a report.

According to the report, Hussain told police, "I never came with the intention of harming her, kidnapping her, or any kind of sexual behavior."
However, it wasn't enough to convince court officials, who set his bond at $35,000 because he may be a "flight risk."
Hussain said he is in the U.S. on a student visa and is originally from Saudi Arabia.

Police said Hussain arrived earlier in the day, and the victim's father found the two in a wooded area near the house.

The victim told police that she had been talking to Hussain for a month and a half and set up the Christmas Eve meeting through Snapchat.

The report also mentions in the search of the suspect's car; deputies found another cell phone, passports, a check for $13,000, and Homeland Security papers.
Another court date for Hussian is set for next week.
