Hubbard students celebrate Spanish culture Wednesday
They even had a tomato throwing station where students could throw tomatoes at cans in celebration of 'La Tomatina', an event in Spain where people have a tomato fight in the streets.

A Spanish festival took place Wednesday inside Hubbard High School.
Spanish 4 students celebrated Spanish traditions as part of their senior project.
The students turned the high school wrestling room into a space to celebrate with authentic Spanish traditions, games, activities, food, and drinks.
They even had a tomato throwing station where students could throw tomatoes at cans in celebration of 'La Tomatina,' an event in Spain where people have a tomato fight in the streets.
Fourth graders were also invited to join in on the fun and learn about the Spanish culture.
