WARREN, Ohio - Trumbull County Commissioners declared a State of Emergency Saturday morning.
The decision comes during the coronavirus pandemic.
The state of emergency decree allows the county to apply for federal and state aid.
It also allows the county to make adjustments in work schedules, including staggering shifts and remote work to protect the health of employees.
All essential services will continue to work on regular schedules.
