Pennsylvania Board of Health reports that the numbers for coronavirus Friday reached 19,979 confirmed cases statewide and 416 deaths so far. The number of cases increased 1,751 since yesterday, and the number of deaths since yesterday grew by 78.

The age-range for those testing positive in the state was highest in the 25-49 age group, at 41-percent of the total cases. Hospitalizations were highest for those 65 years and older.

Lawrence County experienced another death yesterday from the virus, totaling to three for the county and positive cases now sit at 45.

Mercer County confirmed new cases overnight with their total being 36.
