One new coronavirus case in Mercer County

HARRISBURG, Pa. - The number of additional coronavirus cases in Mercer County continues to increase at a snail’s pace.
The Pennsylvania Department of Health on Tuesday reported only one new confirmed coronavirus case in Mercer County on Tuesday, bringing the total number there to 66 since the outbreak began.
Lawrence County remained steady at 63 confirmed cases and five deaths. Mercer County is still reporting one death.
Statewide there are 1,214 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 43,264.
To date, the state has reported 1,716 deaths in Pennsylvania.
There are 165,824 patients who have tested negative to date in Pennsylvania. 158 of those negative tests were in Mercer County and 681 in Lawrence County.
