BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio - Brookfield United Methodist Church says its food pantry is open and ready to help those in need.

The church's food pantry is open to the public Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.

Boxes of food can include canned goods, shelf-stable milk, cereal, treats for kids, diapers, bottled water and other basic needs.

Pastor Dick Smith says anyone in need can get these items and they would like those in need to use their pantry.

The church would like anyone wanting to pick up food to call ahead at, (330) 448-1001, but said they will still provide food if you don't call ahead.

Those wanting to make a donation to the food pantry can do so on their website at https://www.mybrookfieldchurch.com/
