Out of an abundance of caution Sunday evening, multiple businesses are closing their doors and hospitals are going into lockdown over reports of civil unrest in the surrounding areas.
According to police and Walmart stores, the Boardman and Liberty Walmart locations are closing out of caution as of 3:30 Sunday.

Walmart released the following statement:
"As we continue monitoring the situations unfolding in cities across the country, we will keep our focus on prioritizing the safety of our associates and customers. We'll make the decisions to close stores in the area based on the needs of the community"
