Country superstar Garth Brooks is putting on a one-night-only concert event at drive-in theaters across America.
The “Friends in Low Places” singer made the announcement Thursday that he will be airing the concert across 300 drive-in screens on June 27.
Encore Live is producing the concert and says it will be created exclusively for this event.
Organizers say the concert will follow CDC, state and local health guidelines.
Theaters will begin to be announced on June 15 at 12 p.m. ET.
Valley fans will have to wait until then to get an official list, but Elm Road Triple Drive-In Theatre in Warren posted on Facebook they would be doing drive-in concerts and added, “If you happened to catch Garth Brooks on Good Morning America this morning, stayed tuned!”
Skyway Twin Drive-In Theatre on Leavitt Road told 21 News they are not showing the concert.
Tickets go on sale June 19 and it’s $100 per vehicle.
