AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course is set to reopen Friday at 10 a.m.

The company released a statement regarding new protocols due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Protocols include social distancing with a limited capacity of no more than 50% of maximum occupancy.

Floor decals have been added to promote social distancing along with gaming machines being moved to follow the requirements.

Hollywood Gaming officials say live music and entertainment will remain suspended for the time being and there will be no tournaments or special events. Valet will also be closed.

Staff members and vendors are required to wear masks and will undergo health screenings each day before their shift.

Guests are being encouraged to wear masks and must undergo a health screening before entering the Racino.

Officials say there will be regular cleaning and a period of time each night for deep cleaning of the facility.
