WARREN, Ohio - High school athletes that need a sports physical can get them at Akron Children's Hospital Urgent Care in Warren.

Students that are participating in fall sports are required to have a sport physical by the OSHAA.

Physicals are available through October 30 and appointments are available Monday through Friday at the Urgent Care located at 5000 E. Market St., Suite 29.

Sports physical are $45 per person and appointments can be made by calling 330-856-8020

All OSHAA forms need to be completed and printed prior to arrival for the physical.
