iHeartMedia Youngstown retire KISS FM station, replaces with REAL 95.9

YOUNGSTOWN - iHeartMedia Youngstown has changed the content of their top-40 (WAKZ) 95.9 KISS FM station to REAL 95.9, "Real Hip Hop and R&B."
The new Hip Hop and R&B station are celebrating the change over with 5,00 continuous songs including Drake, Travis Scott, J. Cole, Cardi B, DaBaby, Kendrick Lamar and Rihanna, among others.
On-Air personalities on the station include Big Sue, Papa Keith and T-Roy.
Starting July 13, the station will bring "The Breakfast Club" show to mornings.
"Top 40 has evolved and Real 95.9 is the only station you'll hear everywhere in The Mahoning Valley, playing today's biggest Hip Hop and R&B hit songs," said Keith Kennedy, iHeartMedia Youngstown Market President and VP of Programming.
The new lineup includes:
- The Breakfast Club (5:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.)
- Big Sue (10 a.m. -3 p.m.)
- Papa Keith (3 p.m. -7 p.m.)
- T-Roy (7 p.m. - 12 a.m.)
