HOWLAND TWP., Ohio -  Howland police are investigating a head-on crash along a busy stretch of Route 46.

It happened just before 8 a.m. Tuesday near Highland Terrace Boulevard near the Home Depot.

There were four people inside a sedan and a man and a child in the SUV.

Both vehicles involved in the crash received front end damage, but no serious injuries were reported.

Police hope to review surveillance video from businesses in the area to learn more about the accident.
