STRUTHERS, Ohio - A community is in mourning this afternoon after a mass shooting in the city of Struthers.  It happened around 2 am Monday morning.  That's when a man walked through the front door of a two-story home at 111 Perry Street and began yelling and firing shots into the living room of the home.

Struthers Police Chief Tim Roddy tells 21 news that four adults and a child were shot;  20 year old Cassandra Lynn Marsicola, 30 year old Yarnell Green Jr., 20 year old Andre Stephon McCoy Jr., 22 year old Alexis Mykayla Schneider, and 4 year old Rowan Sweeney.  The toddler died at the scene.  Schneider can be heard in 911 tapes screaming, "my son is dead."

On the 911 recordings, Marsicola is telling dispatchers that "all of us have been shot."  She described the suspect as a light-skinned black male.

Neighbors reported hearing five to eight gunshots which took the life of four-year-old Rowan, who police also say died in his mother's arms.
