Extrudex Aluminum, a mining and metals company in North Jackson, is looking to hire advanced manufacturers. 

The company has 15 entry level positions available. 

Eligible candidates will receive five weeks paid training, at 12 dollars an hour, as well as monthly incentives, year-end gain sharing and opportunities for career advancement.

Anyone who may be interested in this opportunity is required to virtually attend one of three informative sessions, beginning September 29 at 11:30 a.m., September 30 at 2:30 p.m., and October 8 at 4 p.m. 

Extrudex is teaming up with the Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Coalition to help identify and train candidates through a program called Work Advance. 

There is no experience required for the positions, however applicants will need a high school diploma or GED, serious interest in a manufacturing career and motivation to increase their skills.
