A fire broke out at the home of an Ellwood City man charged with child pornography.
Officials said the fire on Center Avenue started in the back of the home around 11 p.m. Friday night.
When crews got there, flames could be seen shooting between the first and second floor.
It's believed the fire started in the rear of the home.
No one was at the home at the time, but fire crews said two brothers lived there.
One of those brothers, David Bates, 60, is currently behind bars, charged in connection to a case out of New Castle, where a mother is accused of taking and selling her two young daughter's nude photos to Bates.
The damage done to the home was minimal, according to fire officials, with the home suffering water and smoke damage.
They said the other brother arrived home and told crews he had not been there since 6 a.m.
The state fire marshal is expected to be on scene Saturday. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
