Mahoning County grand jury indictments for Friday, Oct. 16, include:

Raymond J. Gutierrez, 53 years old, indicted on 8 counts in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. Charges include attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, domestic violence, improperly discharging a firearm, and improperly handling a firearms in a vehicle.

Zachary Frederick Tyler Cavalcanti, 22, and Daniel Elijah Williams, 25, were indicted on two counts aggravated possession of drugs, Williams was also indicted for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.

Ethan Dickey, 28 years old, indicted on one count domestic violence.

Jonathon Mark Trepp, 37, of Parma, indicted on one count possession of fentanyl-related compound, one count aggravated possession of drugs

Shauntae M. Findley, 32, Youngstown, indicted on two counts of assault and one count of obstructing official business.

Butler Johnson, V, 29, indicted on 15 counts. Johnson is accused of from 2014 through April 2019 sexual conduct with a minor. Indicted on three counts of rape, one count of attempted rape, eight counts of gross sexual imposition, two counts attempted rape, one count unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, one count, one count attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Elias Gabler, III, 24, Alliance, and Teresa N. Luddeni, 24, both indicted on illegal manufacture of drugs, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs; Gabler also indicted on assembly or possession of chemicals for manufacture of drugs.

Khalelah N. Robinson, 41, Youngstown, was indicted on two counts, one count for improperly handling firearms in a vehicle, and one count on carrying a concealed weapon.

Key'shon E. Childs, 21, Youngstown, indicted on four counts, including one count failure to comply with an order or signal from a police officer, one count assault, one count obstructing official business, and one count of operating an off-highway motorcycle or all-purpose vehicle on a state highway.

Daquan Raquan Lake, 21, Youngstown, indicted on four counts including one count possession of heroin, one count aggravated possession of drugs, one count possession of cocaine, and one count illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melvin Lee Land, 26, Boardman, indicted on one count possession of fentanyl-related compound, and one count operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drug.

Jerry Michael Fitzpatrick, 40, Sebring, indicted on three counts, including one count endangering children, one count possessing criminal tools, and one count illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Ellen Joy Fitzpatrick, 28, Sebring, indicted on three counts, including indicted on three counts, including one count endangering children, one count possessing criminal tools, and one count illegal cultivation of marijuana.

Scott Steven McCleery, 41, Warren, indicted on one count possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Daniel Joseph Waggoner, 33, indicted on one count of possession of cocaine, one count possession of drug abuse instruments.

Alexandra Kisner, 21, Greenville, indicted on two counts aggravated possession of drugs.

Joshua Steven Young, 35, indicted on one count of improperly handling firearm/s in a vehicle.

Monty Allen Robinson, 27, indicted on three counts; one count having a weapon/s under disability, one, one count of improperly handling firearm/s in a vehicle, one count possession of cocaine.
