POLAND, Ohio - Poland has selected its new interim superintendent.

In a five-to-zero vote Wednesday, the board appointed Doctor Edwin Holland.

Holland was the superintendent at Orange City schools in the Cleveland area.

The move comes after the board approved the retirement of David Janofa who has been with the district for eight years.
