COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Department of Health is reporting 7,729 new positive coronavirus cases Sunday.

The increase moves the statewide total to 414,432.

The Ohio Department of Health continues to deal with a high volume of tests that are pending review and the actual case numbers could be higher.

21 deaths were also reported Sunday for a total of 6,399.

Hospitalizations rose by 245 in the last 24 hours and ICU admissions are up by 36.

Mahoning County has 159 additional cases along with 691 hospitalizations and 301 deaths.

Trumbull County reported 138 new cases for a total of 6,058. Since the pandemic began, there have been 535 hospitalizations and 150 deaths. More than 200 people in the county are in quarantine currently.

Columbiana County has 63 new cases with 309 hospitalizations and 99 deaths.
