Warrant issued for Youngstown homicide suspect
The victim was found lying in the middle of the road at South and Lucius Avenue.

YOUNGSTOWN - A warrant has been issued for a suspect accused of shooting and killing a man in Youngstown
It was issued for 29-year-old Abdul Muhammad, according to Detective Sgt. Chad Zubal. Zubal said there was some sort of altercation before the shooting.
The Nov. 19 shooting left 35-year-old Marquis Bebbs dead. Bebbs was found lying in the middle of the road at South and Lucius Avenue, according to police.
Those with information about Muhammad's whereabouts can contact Zubal at 330-742-8242. Muhammad is considered armed and dangerous, Zubal said.
