WARREN, Ohio - A man wanted in a murder case from back in August turned himself in to Warren police Monday.

Stefon Alexander, 35, was arraigned on charges of aggravated murder and two firearms specifications. 

His bond was set at $1 million. 

Prosecutors said Alexander is accused of driving the vehicle during a drive-by shooting on Sunday, August second that killed 24-year-old Delquan Ware.

It happened around 11:20 a.m. on the 900 block of Tod Avenue NW.

A 911 caller reported hearing four shots as the car drove by, and there was a car wreck shortly after.

Prosecutors said there was another person indicted in connection to the murder, but their name has not been released.
