West Branch junior guard Jaxon Hendershott has broken the school record for most 3-point field goals in a single game, making eight of his nine attempts Tuesday night.
The record-setting performance came in a 55-45 win over Marlington on the road. The previous record of six 3-pointers in a single game was held by Nick Pidgeon, TJ DeShields and Michael Boosz.
Hendershott scored 30 points in the winning and record-breaking effort. The Warriors will play Minerva at home on Friday.
