A boy from Canfield battling brain cancer is now tumor and cancer-free.

Devin Mullins' mother announced the news on social media Friday.

Devin's mom said in a Facebook post, "His scan was 2 hours, they did have to intubate him, but thank God were able to extubate him and he was back in his room shortly after being his happy self. Truly AMAZING! A MIRACLE! A BLESSING! Thank you everyone for praying for him and all of us. The power of prayer is real."

"This situation that we have encountered is extremely uncommon for an oncology group to say he has had a reoccurrence, would possibly not make it to Christmas 2018, and here Devin is shining bright and beating odds. We are so elated with happiness. I am so grateful Devin passed his EEG & will be also weened from seizure meds and steroids will be completely weaned by April."

There is a GoFundMe with more information on Devin's story and how you can help.
