The Mahoning County Dog Warden is working to save a dog's leg after a bullet shattered her knee.
Officials say Laney was found limping in the cold weather last Friday.

An emergency vet visit found she had been shot with a .22 caliber bullet.
They say the dog underwent surgery, but she could still lose her leg.
She's also tested positive for heartworm.
Officials are looking for donations to help cover her vet bills.
