A Liberty Township man who operates a merchandise liquidation and closeout business has been arraigned after a police standoff at his home.

Bin Voyage operator, 32-year-old Thomas Moore, appeared in Girard Municipal Court Monday for video arraignment.

Moore was booked into the Trumbull County Jail Saturday night on domestic violence charges, inducing panic, and obstructing official business.

According to Trumbull County Dispatch reports, shortly before 9 pm Saturday, a woman told her father to call 911 after her husband was allegedly screaming at their home on the 1100 block of Mansell Drive.

Dispatchers were told there were two children and dogs in the home at the time.

State troopers had to block off the entire street during the incident, which only lasted about an hour.

Authorities say the suspect walked out of the home on his own and was taken into custody.

Bond for Moore was set at $7,500. Another court hearing for Moore is scheduled for March 10.

Moore, president of Infinity Marketing Services,  was already attracting long lines of customers at three Bin Voyage stores in Trumbull County a year ago when he opened a fourth location in Boardman.

According to the Bin Voyage website, all memberships were canceled in early January, and all stores were shut down with no date set for a reopening.
