No bond for Campbell man accused of raping 79-year-old woman

A Campbell man is being held without bond for allegedly raping, robbing and assaulting an elderly woman.

U.S. Marshals arrested 26-year-old Anthony Consiglio on Feb. 18. He is accused of raping and assaulting a 79-year-old woman on Jan. 24, according to an indictment from the Mahoning County Grand Jury. He then allegedly stole her phone and cash.

Consiglio pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that include rape, attempted rape and robbery.
