PNC to close Sharon, Slippery Rock branches in May
The two locations set to close are the branch in Sharon on E. State Street and the branch at the Robert M. Smith Student Union in Slippery Rock.

A bank with locations across the Mahoning Valley and western Pennsylvania is closing 19 branches.
Two area branches are included in the group of 19.
The two locations set to close are the branch in Sharon on E. State Street and the branch at the Robert M. Smith Student Union in Slippery Rock.
Both branches will be consolidated on May 21.
The Slippery Rock Branch is being consolidated with the Clearview Mall Branch in Butler while the Sharon Branch will be consolidated with the Hermitage location.
PNC says the move comes during a time where 77% of customers used non-teller channels for the majority of their transactions.
