FARRELL, Pa. -
A man suspected of a Youngstown kidnapping early-Friday was arrested following a short standoff in Farrell later in the afternoon.
Anthony Harris, 26, was wanted on two counts of kidnapping and one charge of misdemeanor domestic violence.
Police say an initial incident early Friday morning involving Harris and the mother of his child happened at an apartment on Youngstown's Westside.

Following the incident, charges were filed and a warrant was issued for Harris Friday morning.
Authorities in Mercer County later converged on a home along the 1100 block of Wallis Avenue in Farrell Friday afternoon.
A section of the street was blocked off while police attempted to gain entry to the home that appeared to be in poor condition.
There, Harris was taken into custody by the Farrell Police department.
The Mercer County Critical Incident response team was on scene.
Investigators did collect a vehicle as evidence on the scene.
No word yet on detailed circumstances surrounding the suspect.
