WARREN, Ohio -  Warren Police have arrested a woman accused of purposely ramming into a car containing a romantic rival and her eight-year-old son.

Ranautica Nichols, 26, was booked into the Trumbull County Jail Tuesday on two counts of felonious assault.

According to a police report, Nichols drove her Pontiac G6 into a Toyota Camry outside the Parkman Landing apartments on Sunday.

The 36-year-old woman who was in the Camry with her son was not injured, according to police.

The report says that the Pontiac also struck a Toyota Corolla and a Chevy Equinox in the parking lot.

The father of the 8-year-old boy told police that Nichols was angry because he had broken up with her and returned to his son and his mother.

Nichols was scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Wednesday morning.
