CANFIELD TWP., Ohio - Electricity has been restored to hundreds of Valley homes businesses left in the dark early Thursday.

FirstEnergy blames equipment damage for more than 1,400 outages in Canfield, Beaver Township, and some surrounding communities.

Crews made repairs shortly before 6 a.m.
