YOUNGSTOWN - A woman is in the Mahoning County jail charged with the shooting death of a Youngstown man on the city’s South Side.

Celeste Curry, 58, is charged with murdering 62-year-old Earl Smith at a home on the 100 East Auburndale on March 7.

Smith, who had been shot in the stomach, was found in the bedroom of the home.

Police say a domestic incident led to the shooting.

Curry will be arraigned in Youngstown Municipal Court.
