Howland's Gabriel Altawil signs National of Intent with Walsh University
The Senior footballer earned All-State first team honors in 2020

Howland soccer standout Gabriel Altawil signed his National Letter of Intent to play soccer at Walsh University.
Altawil helped the Tigers to two State Championship appearances, winning Trumbull County's first ever soccer title in 2020(beating Tippecanoe 5-0)
The Senior leader ends his high school career having broke five school records, along with earning these accolades:
- All-America Team
- All-Great Lakes Team
- First Team All-Ohio
- First Team All-District
- YDSSCA Player of the Year
Altawil also played overseas on the FC Bayern Munich Youth team.
