A night of violence in the city of Youngstown

In a matter of four hours, gunfire was reported at five different locations in the city of Youngstown, Tuesday night.
At 7:41 pm. officers responded to gunfire in the area of Lauderdale Avenue.
Less than an hour later at 8:34 p.m. officers were called for shots fired in the 1700 Block of Rosedale. Those shots hit a house but no one was hurt.
Later on at 10:16 p.m. several shots were fired at the intersection of Glenaven and Oak Hill.
Then less than 15 minutes later at 10:27 p.m. a house in the 2600 block of Hunter Avenue was shot at numerous times.
At 11:44 p.m. police responded to several calls of gunfire in the area of Logan Avenue and Hubbard Rd. That's where officers found one vehicle flipped and another heavily damaged; both vehicles abandoned.
Witnesses say occupants from both vehicles fled the scene on foot, shortly after the crash.
21 News spoke with the driver of the heavily damaged vehicle, Rayshon Pearce. He declined to go on camera but said he was hit before he even knew it and that he fled the scene for fear the car would explode.
Pearce said shots were fired but he wasn't hit.
City officials say enough is enough.
"This behavior is just..it can't be tolerated, it's not acceptable and this is our community, you know, we live here," said Mike Ray, 4th Ward Councilman in Youngstown. "There's great folks all over the city in every neighborhood and people need to feel safe in their community," he said.
Ray says no area of the city has been immune to this, as it's been happening all over town and that the community needs to hold people accountable for this behavior.
