Man's body found behind Hubbard diner identified

HUBBARD, Ohio - The Trumbull County Coroner has identified the man whose body was found behind a Hubbard diner.
The body was identified as 44-year-old Raymond Coulter of Youngstown.
Police said Coutler's body was discovered behind Rhonda's Emerald Diner on N. Main Street around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police report his body was found near the train and railroad cars located behind the diner.
Officials said there were no obvious signs of trauma to suggest foul play.
An official cause of death has not been determined and the incident remains under investigation.
As of Friday, the Hubbard City Police have not been able to locate his next of kin.
