Shenango schools superintendent, son injured in Slippery Rock Twp. crash

A Pennsylvania school official and his son were injured in Monday's Slippery Rock Township crash that sent at least three people to the hospital.
Shenango Area School District Superintendent Dr. Michael Schreck and his son were seriously injured in the collision.
According to the school district, both required immediate medical attention following the crash.
Dr. Schreck underwent emergency procedures Monday and is under the close care of trauma professionals for his injuries. The district says that he will require additional procedures in the coming days.
Schreck's son also suffered serious injuries but is in stable condition.
Their injuries stem from the crash that occurred early yesterday in front of the Sheetz at the intersection of Route 422 and Route 388.
A tractor-trailer struck a sedan in the area, causing two people to be trapped inside for a short time.
