YOUNGSTOWN - Bidding has ended for a historic downtown Youngstown building.

The 14-story Chase building went up for auction this week, and Cleveland Corp Realty confirmed they received a successful bid on Wednesday.

The bid was up to $1 million on the last check, but it's unclear what the final bid amount ended up being. The sale has not officially closed yet.

The realtor says the potential buyer is based in Miami, Florida.

The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1928.
