The Ohio Department of Health has released an updated look at the number of coronavirus cases at local long-term care facilities.

The Mahoning Valley has a total of 33 cases across 14 facilities.

Columbiana County: Reported NO new staff member or resident cases

Mahoning County: 32 total cases, 26 staff members, six residents at 22 facilities.

  • Ivy Woods (1 staff)
  • Park Center Health Care (1 resident, 1 staff)
  • Shepherd of the Valley Boardman (1 staff)
  • Wickshire Poland (2 staff)
  • Windsor House at Omni Manor (2 staff)
 

Trumbull County: Three total cases, three staff members at three facilities.

  • O'Brien Memorial Health Care (1 resident)

There have been a total of 505 COVID-19 related deaths among long-term care facility residents in the area.

Mahoning has the most with 275, followed by Trumbull with 151 and Columbiana with 79.
