WASHINGTON - A popular gummy vitamin brand has announced a voluntary recall of a variety of products.

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. issued the recall on some vitafusion gummy products after two reports of possible metallic mesh material found in some product lots.

According to the release, the product lots were made between October 29 and November 3, 2020.

The company says they have not received any reports of customer illness or injury as of April 20th.

In severe cases, the metallic material could damage the digestive track if consumed.
