According to the report, the advertising/PR influenced about 42,500 leisure trips over the past year, which resulted in about $37.5 million in visitor spending.

The report stated the 2019 and 2020 visitor guides influenced 330 more Trumbull County trips and about $252,000 in visitor spending. The tourism bureau invested $28,500 in the visitor guide.

Combined, the advertising/PR and visitor guide generated more than $37.7 million in visitor spending -- a return of $194 for each $1 invested.
