Capacity restrictions in Pennsylvania will be lifted by Memorial Day.

That means restaurant owners will be able to open at full capacity, but a lack of staff could be a detriment for business. A food service job fair in Sharon today, was not well attended.

"There's probably been about 10 to 15 people in here looking for jobs," said William Weaver of Golden Corral in Hermitage.

Restaurants are offering incentives like 200 dollar signing bonuses and flexible hours, but it still doesn't seem like enough.

"We've raised the starting wages as much as we can, but at the end of the day you can't outprice yourself," said Tom Ristvey of Vey's Pub and Grille.

"Unless you're paying people twenty something dollars an hour, I mean it's kind of hard to counter wage you know, because if somebody's makng 400 dollars on unemployment, an extra 300 dollars, I mean they're getting 700 dollars to stay at home," said Weaver

Some of the restaurant owners say the pay can range anywhere from 8 to twelve dollars an hour, depending on which position you're hired for.
