A Hubbard man could face life in prison without parole if he’s convicted of raping a child under 13 years old.

WARREN, Ohio - A Hubbard man could face life in prison without parole if he’s convicted of raping a child under 13 years old.
Zachary Henderson, 20, of Liberty Street, was secretly indicted by the Trumbull County Grand Jury following an investigation by the Hubbard Police Department.
According to a police report, the investigation began following information provided by the resource officer at Hubbard Middle School.
Henderson was arrested on Wednesday and held in jail without bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday in common pleas court on six counts, including rape and gross sexual imposition.
