LIBERTY TWP, Ohio -  A broken-down tractor-trailer caused traffic to snarl along a busy stretch of highway in Liberty Township Thursday morning.

Traffic was backed up along the eastbound section of Interstate 80 in the area of Logan Way between the Belmont Avenue and Hubbard interchange.

At 7:30 a.m. state troopers were trying to get a tow truck dispatched to move the truck.

By 8 a.m. traffic was moving again.
