Youngstown police searching for man last seen almost two weeks ago
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Family, friends, and the local community gathered Wednesday evening to search for a missing Campbell man.
33-year-old Randy Michaels has been missing since the early morning of May 16.
Lisa Michaels, Randy's mother, said her son was at the Steel City Bar on Midlothian Boulevard during the early morning hours of the 16th.
Michaels says she has not heard from her son since.
The group has searched through several areas including Ipes Park and is praying for his safe return.
"He usually calls me every day and I have not heard from him for 12 days. That's not like my son not to call me every day," said Lisa Michaels.
Lisa Michaels said she has also received ransom calls about her son's disappearance from a west coast phone number.
Youngstown police are investigating his disappearance.
