YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown police are on scene on the city's south side responding to a fatal shooting.

The shooting happened near the intersection of West Laclede and Glenwood Avenues around 1:46 p.m.

Officers found a black male in his 20's dead at the scene.

There was a large police presence at the scene. Mayor Tito Brown and Chief Carl Davis and the Mahoning County Coroner's Office were there as well.

Sunday's shooting is the 12th homicide in Youngstown this year.
