YOUNGSTOWN - Less than one day after Youngstown’s latest murder and an anti-violence rally, police are investigating reports of multiple gunshots fired in a South Side neighborhood.

Early Monday dispatchers received several calls about shots fired during a large fight around Hunter Street and Indianola Avenue.

When officers arrived, no one was there.  However, police did find 31 shell casings on the street.

So far there have been no reports of any injuries.

Twelve hours earlier a man was shot to death near West LaClede and Glenwood Avenues, shortly after an anti-violence rally at West Warren Avenue and Hillman Street.
